Registration Instructions & Payment Policies
Registration
Please register for all workshops through the TCRE/TLI store. The system should remember your registration information which will be available as you register for other workshops. All information is secure and will not be shared with any other individual or entity under any circumstances without your expressed permission.
Payments
The TCRE/TLI store is set up to take Mastercard, Visa and American Express through our PayPal merchant account. You can pay directly online at the time of registration, we can send you an invoice for your credit card payment or we can send an invoice for payment by check, either from you personally or from your employer. Please send us an email if your employer needs a W9 from TCRE prior to payment.
Please send us an email If you have problems registering through the store. If necessary, we will invoice you for the payment method you prefer. Deadline for registration is two weeks prior to workshops. You will be notified two weeks prior to events if the minimum registration level (normally 15) has not been reached. Payments at the door will only be accepted if you have preregistered and made arrangements with the program coordinator.
Note: All checks should be made payable to TCRE
Refund Policy
We will gladly provide refunds for your entire registration fee provided notice is given at least two weeks prior to the workshop. Remember, we will have made arrangements for instructors, meals, refreshments, workshop materials and other expenses. There are always extenuating circumstances so we please communicate with us if problems arise.
