Community Sponsored Entrepreneur Boot Camps
TCRE offers one day Community Sponsored Business Boot Camps
Organizations in rural communities can sponsor one day business boot camps designed to provide support that local businesses need to build a solid foundation in their early stages and to grow successfully if they have reached that stage. Sessions will address issues related to those found in ventures at various stages of business development. These workshops will be customized so they do not compete directly with educational programs offered by other entities, but rather will offer valuable tools, analytical skills development and innovative approaches to management that they cannot get elsewhere and that will be of immediate value to participants.
These fee-based workshops will be affordable and offer organizers and participants an excellent return on their investment. A general curriculum of a broad range of business management topics is available but can be customized to community needs for maximum effectiveness. Participants can expect high energy sessions to include a combination of presentations, practical exercises, dialogue and interaction between instructors and participants and applications to participant businesses. Arrangements can be made for individual consultation with workshop leaders or other local business advisers.
